How Resting Helps?

What do we mean by Resting?
Physical Rest - Resting from Physical Activities
Biological Rest - Resting from Biological Activities - Fasting or Lighter Foods, Drinking Water only on Thirst, etc..
Mental Rest - Lesser Thoughts, Meditation, Listening to Lighter Music, etc..

Our body is Self Healing, With regular Physical, Biological and Mental Activity the scope of Healing will be limited or might take more time to get back the lost health. By Resting we can assist healing and get back the health.

When to Rest?
Usually Resting is practiced on Acute Conditions
Resting based on intuition
When our life is not so aligned with Nature periodical resting can be practiced
Under Guidance of a Nature Cure Practitioner
